A few years ago and for long time, I was feeling unhealthy, unhappy, unconfident and stressed. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very lucky! I have a beautiful family, a lovely husband, great friends, food, clothing and a roof over my head, but something was missing.
In July 2014, I was a Mechanical Engineering student looking for something, and that summer I took a special class. I took Yoga, and for six weeks, I practiced 90 minutes each day, four times a week. After the first week, I knew that I had something big in front of me. At the end of the summer, I was totally sure about it. I had found what I was looking for, I found myself!
I didn’t know what to expect at the beginning, so when I found myself building muscle, doing a headstand, feeling healthier, happier, and more confident, I knew that I needed to go deeper. I read about it, I practiced more and more, and after two years of practice I took my first teacher training because I felt the need to share this tool that was helping me in so many ways.
And that’s what I’m trying to do here, I’m sharing all the tools that I find helpful in my journey to be a better version of myself. I’m still learning, but one of my passions is to share what I have figured out so far. I love to serve to the best of my ability, and my job is holding space for you, so you can walk your own path.
